Complete 10 rounds
Row for 1 minute, rest for 1 minute.
*Row for 1 minute as many meters as you can, rest one minute.
*Continue this cycle for a total of 20 minutes.
*Your score is the total amount of meters rowed - goal is row at least 3000 meters
*Penalty is 1 K2E (Mod: Box Jumps) for every 5 meters under 3000 meters.
Post total meters rowed and if any penalties were assessed.

Please join us as we do this special WOD on December 29th in memory of Benjamin “Bugaboo” Abruzzo III to raise awareness for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).  “Bugaboo” lived for just 200 days before he lost his battle with SMA on December 29th, 2005.  Lets raise awareness by spreading the word since many children and families are affected by this disease.  This is a free workout (no donations, just raising awareness) and anyone and everyone who is interested in joining the cause will be welcomed.  This workout will be scaled to the everyone's fitness abilities and the option to team up is available (no more than 4 people per team).  This WOD is taking place during 5pm and 6pm classes.
