Every new member will be required to go through this course prior to joining CrossFit Houston.
This
will be a crucial point for everyone starting our classes due to the
fact that you will have the opportunity to become proficient with all
the movements. Due to the importance of a set curriculum, it is
extremely important that you attend each and every class. This program is a good combination of our Fundamentals with a Crossfit small group class exposure (maximum of 8) where an instructor will keep close
watch on your progress for an entire month (8 sessions). Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a
progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in
our group classes.
Tue/Thur 7:00 - 7:45pm $160.00 (2 times a week - 8 sessions)

CrossFit Fundamentals is a prerequisite for all CrossFit Houston Group classes
CrossFit Fundamentals are scheduled as two group (max 10 people) 2 hour sessions or four group 1 hour sessions between you and a CrossFit Houston Trainer(s). These classes will be available (see sched on announcements post) - have to contact us (post a comment) to confirm attendance and mail in payment to reserve your spot (7439 Elm St Hou, Tx 77023). The total cost for the two sessions or 4 sessions is $80.00, and you can pay via cash or check payable to CFH. CrossFit Fundamentals sessions teach movements for optimal performance in the CrossFit Houston Group classes. Please park in the back.

CFH Fundamental September Sessions ($80.00):
Sept 2nd, 7th, 9th and 14th (7pm-7:50pm) - 4 x 1 hour required
Fundamentals are required for two reasons:
1. For you Safety - You will learn, in great detail, all of the movements performed in a CrossFit Workout
2.
No One is Left Behind - After completing Fundamentals, you will be able to slowly transition into our CrossFit group classes.
