CrossFit Group Training
This group class is the most affordable CrossFit path for the trainee/client. It provides a fun place for CrossFitters of all levels to get together. You’ll learn new skills, meet new people and get a high-energy, high intensity workout. Workouts are performance based, this means your performance is constantly monitored and recorded. A CrossFit certified instructor will always be there to help you out. It’s a gathering of focused individuals who are set at improving themselves and encouraging you to improve alongside them. CrossFit Houston is located inside the Tlaquepaque Plaza.
Coming south on I 45 from DT, take the Scott exit, turn left on to Scott, take a right at the first light, Leeland. After crossing Lockwood, take a right at the next light, Dumble st. Make another right into the parking lot to get you to the back side of CFH facility.
If the train is stalled on Leeland (you can see the stalled train from Scott st.),
Stay on Scott and take a right on Polk (2nd light) to take you through the underpass. Make a right on Cullen (Kroger) and then a left on Leeland. After crossing Lockwood, take a right at the next light, Dumble st. Make another right into the parking lot to get you to the back side of CFH facility.

On Ramp To CrossFit Program - Every new member will be required to go through this course prior to joining CrossFit Houston Group classes.
This will be a crucial point for everyone starting our classes due to the fact that you will have the opportunity to become proficient with all the movements. Due to the importance of a set curriculum, it is extremely important that you attend each and every class. Geared towards a generally active, injury free individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group CrossFit classes. This program is a good transition from Fundamentals to a small group class (maximum of 8) where an instructor will keep close watch on your progress. Here we will expose newbies to our movement curriculum in a group format. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. In this program you will work on the ten general skills; your endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed flexibility, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy. This class will establish a good base for your training level to enter a new realm, one where sport and competition will begin.
This is a one month course so once you establish a good fundamentals base, you will be able to make your transition to the CrossFit Group Classes. Those that are intense, challenging and move quickly.

Please BE ON TIME to your scheduled class! If you are late you have the following options,
1. Start the class once you review the board and grab the required equipment! Don't expect the trainer to tend to you until he's done instructing everyone else who arrived on time.
2. You can pay the drop-in rate - $20.00 if you would like to start a different hour

This is individual One on One personal training and Semi-personal training where a certified CrossFit trainer will work with you on correcting your form and improving your health and fitness. Close attention is held to maximize your fitness potential in order to release the inner athlete in you.
