Cost: $30 per participant (covers cost of registration and t-shirt)

Standard Men (weights used: 135lb & 155lb)
Standard Women (weights used: 95lb & 105lb)
Scaled Men (weights used: 95lb & 105lb)
Scaled Women (weights used: 65lb & 75lb)
Teams: 10 team limit
3-person co-ed teams (2 males & 1 female or 1 male & 2 females)
Cost: $30 per team member (covers cost of registration and t-shirt)
Each team member must register separately and list other team members in registration form.
The Team Competition WOD will be comprised of both traditional CrossFit movements and odd implementation. This WOD will be a true test of not only varied, functional movement and broad, inclusive fitness…but also team coordination and communication.
